A thing that I want to do since long time it’s ride a bike.
I put this goal in my summer list this year.
This week I launch a Challenge: Ride a Bike every mornings in the next week.
Ok, it’s a big Challenge, go outside, to do a activity, a thing that I did not to do since of long years…but I want!
At least 30 minutes.
I need more activity, move and, be active in my life cause I don’t move so much and I need more to move.
That’s a big goal, see the next Monday, if I’m managed.
