FOOD: JANUARY GOALS {2017}

Today, it’s the first food goals of this year.

Ok, with the success of Christmas break and December, this month I decided to do a little break with food goals beacause I do not want to go fast by fear of aggravations but my daily goals stay always present.

January Goals:

Always above 1000 calories by day.

Try eat at little more of fruits & vegetables.

Add a little extra in my lunch box day.

Try eat pasta again.

Eat & Drink at Starbucks.

Not to weigh me every day.
