This is the first Friday Favorites of november.

THE BONUS

The recipe of my Chocolate Cake Spiderweb Frosting that I baked on Halloween day.

Ingredients

Cake

150 g Flour

125 g Butter

120 g Sugar

8 Tablespoons Cacao Powder

3 Eggs

1/2 Sachet Baking Powder

Chocolate Frosting

100 g Chocolate Chips

40 ml Heavy Cream

Spider Web Frosting

 30 ml Heavy Cream

80 g Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Cake

Preheat oven at 180° C.

Separate yellow and white of Eggs.

In a bowl mix yellow Eggs with Sugar until light and smooth.

In microwave melt Butter. Add. Add Nesquik, Flour and Baking Powder.

In a other bowl up white Eggs in snow and Add to first bowl.

Chocolate Frosting

Combine Chcolate Chips and Heavy cream in microwave 45 secondes, Whisk until smooth then 15 s in microwave again. Spread on cake with spatula.

Spiderweb Frosting

Combine Heavy Cream and Sugar in a bowl. Put in a bag for decorate doing a spiral, start by the center.

Take a pick, from center until on the edge for finish the Spiderweb.

≈ 350 Kcal a piece.

I love it, he was yummy but I didn’t eat it often with the numbers of calories.
